History

The ALS Group of Companies started of as a dam building operation in Natal twenty one years ago.  Four years later an opportunity in civil contracting was pursued and the business expanded into plant hire and the related mining and civil industries.

The Group of companies today comprises 20 companies of which most specialise in different fields in the earthmoving industry.  The other companies are involved in project management in disciplines varying from open pit mining to construction and civil construction. 

These companies work together, combining resources and expertise, to offer a one stop solution to any earthmoving or civil operations challenge.
